Acceptance

By using any MyBuildKit tool you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What MyBuildKit Does

MyBuildKit provides a suite of tools that use automated analysis to assist construction professionals with tasks such as RFI drafting, schedule comparison, drawing review, and project documentation. MyBuildKit tools do not interpret contract obligations, confirm design intent, or make engineering or legal determinations.

Your Responsibilities

All outputs must be reviewed and verified by a qualified user against original project documents before being relied upon. Users remain solely responsible for reviewing outputs and for all project, contractual, and construction decisions.

Accuracy

Outputs may contain omissions, misread information, or other inaccuracies, particularly when uploaded files are incomplete, unclear, low resolution, or otherwise difficult to interpret.

No Professional Advice

MyBuildKit tools do not provide legal, engineering, architectural, or other professional advice.

Reasonable Use

MyBuildKit tools are intended for individual professional use. Automated bulk processing, excessive use, or account sharing is not permitted and may result in account termination.

Free Trial

Select tools include a limited number of free uses with no credit card required. After the free trial a paid subscription is required to continue using the tool.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
